JOURNAL / WORDPRESS

A WordPress site
for a product brand.

A product brand needs a homepage, a collection, and a product page that belong together. This note uses two public WordPress studies — a watch brand and a skincare brand — and the ranges we actually quote.

Request one if the range fits

The site has to sell the range, not only the logo.

A product brand already has objects. The website’s job is to make the range understandable and to give each object a page that can answer a buying question. A brochure homepage with a contact form does that badly. A default shop theme does it impersonally. The useful middle is a small set of templates designed together: home, collection, product, and a place to write.

At Sitepilo a WordPress site, including a WooCommerce catalog, starts at US$100 and is often about a week once photography and specifications exist. Bug fixes and further development on an existing site start at US$30. The quote lists the templates.

The two studies below are templates with sample products. They are not client projects, and their prices are placeholders. They are on the site so the structure is visible before an email.

A watch brand: one object, then the range.

DETENT opens on a finished watch and a direct path into the collection. The product page is where specifications live. The journal is there so the brand can talk about making, without turning the product page into an essay.

That pattern fits a brand whose objects reward a close look: watches, instruments, tools, audio, bicycles. The homepage does not need every SKU. It needs one confident object and an obvious next click. The collection does the comparing. The product page does the deciding.

The build is a custom theme on WordPress and WooCommerce, with GSAP used sparingly. The public preview is a static export, so it will not take a payment. Read the case study for the problem, the stack, and the preview.

A skincare brand: the routine is the navigation.

Auralis assumes the visitor is building a routine. Categories follow the shelf — cleanser, serum, moisturiser — and the journal has room for a note on ingredients. The tone is quieter than DETENT. The structure is the same idea: one theme, several jobs.

This pattern fits skincare, fragrance, and other ranges where the order of use matters as much as the single product. It does not fit a brand that needs a marketplace, subscriptions on day one, or a clinical claim we would be inventing. Sample copy in Auralis shows where a real claim would go. It is not a claim.

If the products are better served by Shopify’s checkout, the same information architecture can be built there. The cost note for that route is Shopify store development cost. The WordPress ranges stay on the WordPress page.

What makes the quote specific.

Send the number of products, how they vary, and whether photography exists. A page list helps if you have one. If you do not, the four templates above are a sane default. Tell us who updates the site after launch, because that decides how much of the theme is locked and how much is a field.

Regulatory language, for skincare or anything similar, has to come from you. We will not draft a medical claim to fill a layout. A preferred date and a budget band are enough to start. The enquiry form asks for both, and we reply with a scope, a timeline, and a price. A 20-minute call is in that reply when it will help.
