When you send an enquiry.

We save the name, email address and project details you submit so we can respond and follow up. An email notification is sent to the studio mailbox. Your email is used as the reply address. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.

Enquiries are stored outside the public website and are accessible through the administrator account. The form keeps your draft in this browser tab’s session storage so an interrupted request can be retried. The server uses a session cookie to protect form submissions. Owner-dashboard access uses a separate session cookie.

Payment links are provided only after the project scope is agreed. Payments are processed by PayPal; the enquiry form does not collect payment-card information.

Daily totals, without a visitor profile.

We count page loads, enquiry-form opens, form interactions and email-link clicks to understand where the contact process needs improvement. Received enquiries are counted after the server saves them. These are event totals, not verified counts of individual people.

The statistics contain only an allowed page path, a fixed source category (such as search, social or direct) and daily totals. They do not include your name, email, message, IP address, visitor identifier, full referring URL or URL query parameters. We do not send these statistics to an external analytics or advertising service.

A source category is kept in this tab’s session storage to keep attribution consistent while you browse. No analytics cookie or cross-site tracking ID is created. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable browser event collection. You can also visit the homepage with statistics disabled for that page load. Daily files are automatically removed after 30 days when new events arrive.

Our hosting provider also operates normal server access and security logs. Those are separate from these website statistics. Basic anti-abuse checks use the network address to protect enquiries and administrator login.
